Privacy notice
For adops.rocks, operated by Factor 42 Media. Last updated 8 October 2026.
What adops.rocks is
adops.rocks is an advertising operations platform used by media agencies to plan advertising orders, approve them, and read how the campaigns behind them are delivering. It is private: a person can only use it after a workspace administrator invites them.
What we store about you
- Your name and email address, so you can sign in and be seated in a workspace.
- What you do in the platform, such as creating or approving an order, in an activity log the workspace administrators can read.
- The orders, advertisers, campaigns and creative files your workspace enters.
What we read from a connected advertising account
When a workspace administrator connects an advertising platform such as Google Ads, Meta or TikTok, adops.rocks stores the authorisation that platform issues, encrypted, and uses it to:
- list the ad accounts and campaigns that login can see, so a campaign can be mapped to an order;
- read daily delivery for mapped campaigns: impressions, clicks, conversions and cost.
adops.rocks does not create, edit, pause or delete campaigns, and does not change budgets or bids on any connected account. It reads nothing from a Google account outside Google Ads.
adops.rocks’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who can see it
Only members of the workspace that entered or connected the data, according to the role their administrator gave them. Delivery figures from a connected account are never shown to another workspace, never sold, and never used for advertising by Factor 42 Media. The service providers that host the platform and deliver its email process data on our behalf and under contract, and for no other purpose.
How long we keep it
- A connected account’s authorisation is deleted when the connection is removed or when the platform revokes it.
- Delivery figures already read stay with the order they were matched to, so past reports keep adding up, until the workspace is closed.
- Your account is removed when an administrator removes you from your last workspace, or on request.
Your choices
- Remove a connected account at any time from the platform console. Every further read stops.
- Revoke adops.rocks from the third-party access section of your Google Account; the next read then fails and the connection is marked as needing attention.
- Ask for a copy or deletion of what we hold about you by writing to support@factor42media.com.
